Second Life Etcetera Party, Bisque!
It's that time again! This Saturday, August 12th, at 9:00 PM Eastern Time, get your virtual chaps on and come party with us 'till the virtual cows come home.
Just click on http://slurl.com/secondlife/specter/108/239/274/ , and it'll automatically launch your Second Life application for you, and send you directly to the pub, unless you haven't created your account yet. And if you haven't, THEN SET ONE UP!! : )
Your other option is to log into Second Life, click on your Map button, search for "Specter" then enter in the coordinates 108-239-274 and teleport there.
Remember to get your Linden Dollars ready to donate to Stella's House, and try to look away when Brother Laffer struts his g-stringed stuff. It's too late for me, but save yourselves...
If you're lucky, you too can pass out in the hot tub whilst gnawing on Captain Jack Sparrow's neck...

i heard that some band, Duran Duran, i think, had bought an entire island on Second Life and was gonna do a live concert there, in SL.
